2011年11月19日BEC商務(wù)英語(yǔ)高級(jí)口語(yǔ)試題

　　回顧1：

　　第一部分就自我介紹，然后老師問(wèn)了下你認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的重要性。然后是一個(gè)問(wèn)題：what brand name means to chinese,好像是這個(gè)意思，我竟然說(shuō)了一句chinese think old is good。。。把自己都汗住了

　　第二部分三個(gè)題，我只記住了自己回答的那個(gè)。。。是communication:the importance of a in-house company magazine

　　第三部分的discussion是關(guān)于how to built a new sales team...最后這個(gè)搭檔說(shuō)的蠻好，我是說(shuō)的一塌糊涂。。。

     回顧2：

　　第一部分：1.讓我談工作/學(xué)習(xí)情況，以及對(duì)將來(lái)工作規(guī)劃;

　　2.第二個(gè)問(wèn)題忘了。。。MMD考官發(fā)音很含糊。。。

　　第二部分：怎么樣管理能讓團(tuán)隊(duì)更加富有效率。忘了是不是團(tuán)隊(duì)，反正是怎么管理能讓。。。更有效率。。。

　　談了三點(diǎn)，時(shí)間管理time management , finish the work on time

　　人員選擇:select the expeienced sales maneger to lead the team,

　　成本控制：consider about the budget

　　第三部分抽到那個(gè) 建立新銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)然后評(píng)估的

　　大概是這樣，發(fā)上來(lái)攢個(gè)RP。。。希望幫到大家。

　　回顧3：

　　北大考場(chǎng)的~~

　　Part1 ~1.Where are you from?

　　~2.Talk something about your job or study and your future plan.(partner的是ideal employer)

　　~3.How do you think is working life changing in China?

　　Part2 ~project management:factors involved in running a project effectively

　　part3 ~Your company which runs fast food restaraunt have achieved record revenue and is condidering to expand.

　　1.in what way can it expand effectively

　　2.what benefit can the company get from outside expertise

　　后面問(wèn)的問(wèn)題有：1.what will happen if a company grow too fast?

　　2.what should be consider when a company wants to expand in another country?

　　主考官問(wèn)了我第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，我死活聽(tīng)不出'in another country'中的‘a(chǎn)nother’, pardon了兩次都沒(méi)聽(tīng)懂，最后考官無(wú)奈地給我換了另外一題，當(dāng)時(shí)就慌了，題目就記不清了，?？脊贂?huì)不會(huì)覺(jué)得我在變相地質(zhì)疑她的發(fā)音啊?

　　我是第二場(chǎng) 題卡上寫(xiě)了個(gè)2

　　第一部分 What do you like most about your major and what's your ideal employer

　　Do you think the working life has changed in china

　　第二部分 The importance of having an internal magazine in the communication of different departments

　　The importance of having both permenant employees and temperary employees in a company

　　還有一個(gè)記不得了 抱歉

　　第三部分 因?yàn)槠髽I(yè)擴(kuò)張要新建一個(gè)sales representitve的團(tuán)隊(duì)，問(wèn)題是要給他們什么support 還有就是如何measure the performance

　　追加的問(wèn)題是 Would you like to manage a sales team and why還有do you think it is important to have a feedback system when managing a sales team

　　回顧5：

　　我的題目：Part1，talk something about your work or study place

　　Part 2. the factors involved in a training program.

　　Part 3. the supermarket chain you worked for plan to launch a training program to some of your employees. Your manager ask you to make some suggestions to this plan.

　　(1) how to select emplyee to attend the training program.

　　(2) what training program should be introduced.
