　　2.好像講的是公司策略什么的，A是某公司開始從生物科技向什么方向逐漸轉型吧。

　　Part2:

　　1.IT行業(yè)需要知道消費者的需求。

　　Part3:

　　1.講訴一個公司由于沒找好領導而頻臨破產(chǎn)，最后又起死回生的事兒。

　　2. 第三部分是誰誰誰擔任某公司CEO，然后業(yè)績不好還是怎樣，最后董事會讓他做chairman了。

　　Part4:

　　1.完型：MBA專業(yè)薪金看漲

　　2.完型感覺考的是詞匯搭配，說的是考MBA的人越來越多，他們付出的錢和日后賺的錢比較，還說什么大型公司招聘的時候，比較喜歡招聘具有MBA能力的人，記得一個cost 后面填的就不知道應該是overcome還是overbalance，還有一個是絕大多數(shù)的表達a()marjority of 選項是expand wide vast big。

　　寫作部分：

　　小作文：

　　You are a human resouce management.Your company needs 3 staff to work at its Head Office for 6 months.

　　*explaning why the staff are needed at the Head Office

　　*saying what the work will involve

　　*telling staff what to do if they are interested

　　大作文：

　　1.寫作第二題是回一封郵件。大致意思是我們公司要買security computer software，有個叫paul的sales manager毛遂自薦說他們公司的產(chǎn)品好，然后我要回信給他們問software是否適用于所有computer，然后對他們產(chǎn)品24小時服務的這個 feature很滿意，要問他們打幾折，然后與paul約時間再進行深入的了解做生意。

　　2.The company you work for would like to buy some internet security software. Below is a letter you have received from Paul Heaton at TK plus, a software company that you have contacted.

　　I understand your company is interested in buying (Yes ---say why )TK Plus Internet security software. (Ask if suitable for all computers )The key features of our product are :

　　'24-hour telephone helpline (explain why important for our company )

　　'complete anti -virus protection

　　As a new customer , your company would qualify for a special discount on a first order (ask for details )

　　聽力部分：

　　Part1:

　　1.記得第一題的部分答案，第一個好像有sales clerk，telephone skills，flexible time 好像后面還有什么subject presentation，profits

　　2. 一旅行社工作男的到職業(yè)介紹所尋找電話溝通能力強的求職者。

　　3. 第一題有special promotion, sales clerk, telephone skills, flexible hours。

　　Part2:

　　1.好像詢問是機器情況的事兒。

　　2.第二題好像有machinery, stock, profits, export reports。

　　Part3:

　　1.留言，詢問國外建廠的。

　　2.第三題好像是official approval, canteen, inspection, project presentation。

　　Part6:

　　1.一男的講訴自己如何在某公司搞設計發(fā)展而后有跳槽的事業(yè)發(fā)展歷程。

　　口語部分：

　　Part1:

　　1.name, hometown, work or student然后是幾個關于IT的問題，你認為IT對公司是否重要，公司是否應該專門聘請IT員工等等。

　　2.關于IT帶給我們的影響，企業(yè)是否需要IT人才，企業(yè)是否需要培訓員工電腦技能。

　　3. what's your full name, where is your hometown, what's your major, and what's your favourate subject.緊接著就是一個簡答題，貌似是關于temporary staff,好像問我的partner的問題是你做過臨時工沒，然后問我是你覺得臨時工能不能替代正式工。

　　4.就問問你最喜歡的科目是什么，我就說了幾句，再說了兩點理由就結束了。然后就問你覺得招聘時具有IT能力的員工好么，我就回答了幾句with the development 什么的。

　　Part2:

　　1.我選的是dealing with falling sales，給的兩個觀點是new products和與其他公司合作;partner的topic是在國外工作你注重什么，給的是payment和job security。

　　2. What is important when choosing a conference centre?給的提示有Location;Facilities

　　3. 工作一段時間后最重要的是什么?要點是休息，和適當?shù)幕顒印?/P>

　　4. what is the most important when you working at a multicultural company，兩個提示是：cultural awareness, team buiding。

　　5. what is important when organizing a production presentation:Staff,Location，我加了一個good preparation。

　　6. what is important when replying customer’s complaint effectively……apologize，find the problem。我補充了一個attitude。

　　7.我選的是what is important when selling a company? 上面的兩點 timing potential buyers，就說完兩點已經(jīng)木有時間了。

　　Part3:

　　1.你們公司的員工少了，所以很多辦公室都空著，討論如何利用這些space，以及move to smaller office的優(yōu)缺點。之后的提問是你愿意在bigger office or smaller office工作;問partner的是do you think it's important for all the staff to have their own desk。

　　2.本地的商店之類的要弄活動吸引外地人來。問弄什么活動，怎么讓別人知道這個活動。

　　3. 公司打算搬到一個更小的辦公室去，你覺得有必要嗎?優(yōu)點和缺點是什么?

　　4. 你們公司將要在國外開一個分公司，并且組織一個小組到國外實習三個月，討論的問題是：選擇去國外的人有什么要求，在他們出國之前我們該如何鼓勵他們。

　　5.when your company first set a team abroad what are you considering about the people who you will choose and how to managing them。針對這個discussion，對2個人的提問，我只記得我的是do you think the leader’s 能力(忘詞了，反正不是ability)is importand in a team.

　　6.第三部分是舉辦一個什么活動然后attract customers to our town，要討論的問題是what activities還有一個忘了，問我的問題Do you think it will be a problem to attract people to the ……(活動忘了)。

　　7.討論說的大概是設計衣服需要把什么列在目錄里面，還有一個是說怎么讓自己的顧客知道消息。
