　　might表明“possibility'’。

　　could應該用來表明"permission".Mum said we could(might)go to the football match.

　　22.council和counsel

　　council"議事機構”，委員會a cabinet council內閣會議。

　　counsel"商議，勸告”;follow sb.'s counsel close牢記某人忠告。

　　23.economical和economic
