面試中女性求職者常被問及一些有關(guān)婚姻的尷尬問題，這是獵頭都無法幫其規(guī)避的。公司這樣的做法當(dāng)然有欠妥當(dāng)，面試官當(dāng)然也不夠?qū)I(yè)，但既然問題無法回避，那就“兵來將擋，水來土掩”，坦然面對吧。
在許多“三資”企業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)的招聘中，一般都會提出這一問題，其目的是既想長期雇用廉價的勞動力，又不愿承擔(dān)法律規(guī)定應(yīng)賦予工人的權(quán)利和義務(wù)。如果你年齡恰好已到婚配或懷孕階段，回答則要盡量使用一些策略，可以說，“一切以工作為重，決不會因婚姻影響工作”、“我尚未有在短時期內(nèi)結(jié)婚的打算”等，語言可以模糊一點。
